Petty’s have successfully sold a prime retail/office investment within Burnley town centre, on behalf of a private investor.
This stone built property had been divided to create four self-contained retail, office and leisure units producing a gross annual income of £31,220 per annum.
The sale has recently completed and Petty’s have been retained on behalf of the new Vendor to let the vacant offices.
