New tenants ‘Door 4’ have taken 2,300 sq. ft of refurbished offices. The Crown Prosecution
Service (CPS) previously occupied the premises, and the landlord has extensively refurbished the entire building, with the view to let offices on a floor-by-floor basis.
“There were a lot of factors that influenced our move to Burnley, but as soon as we knew that such an iconic building as Burnley Wharf on Manchester Road was available we expressed our interest,” said Leon Calverley Door 4 MD.
“The move has been really smooth and both Petty Commercial and the landlord helped facilitate everything really well. We’re already seeing more commercial interest and I’m sure that winning new business and securing new staff will be much improved!”
